Bulk Employee Terminations:

Utility used to process a large number of terminations in bulk - SHOULD ONLY BE USED FOR CASUAL EMPLOYEES WITH NO OUTSTANDING LEAVE OWING - as this process does not pay out leave only Ends an Employment record. Run and Check Leave balance report first before processing.

Utilities – System Utilities

Enter the termination date:

And Tick to set as Employee termination date.

Then Select By employee:

Hold down CTRL to select multiple employees at a time.

Once all selected Hit “Run”
